\nTrekking enthusiasts can explore the unspoiled nature of the island of Giglio<\/b> and go to the discovery of panoramic spots<\/b> where you can enjoy the view of the whole island.<\/p>\nGiglio Porto, Giglio Castello e Giglio Campese<\/h3>\n
The inhabited part of the island is divided into three centers<\/b>. The best-known part is definitely Giglio Porto<\/b>, where all the ships dock, it is the only harbor of the island. It is a very picturesque area thanks to its colorful houses, fishermen and souvenir shops.<\/p>\n
The island of Giglio is \u201cguarded\u201d from above by the village of Giglio Castello<\/b>, built during the Middle Ages and handed over to the Aldobrandeschi family, who built the fortress and later to the Medici family.<\/p>\n
Finally, we find the most modern part, which was established in the last decades thanks to tourism; Giglio Campese <\/b>is located near the famous red beach where you can find clubs, restaurants and bars.
\nDuring the summer there are festivals<\/b> and beach<\/b> parties<\/b>, like those for the patrons of the three inhabited centers of the island.<\/p>\n
On the 10th<\/b> and<\/b> 16th<\/b> of August<\/b> and<\/b> on<\/b> the<\/b> 15th<\/b> of September<\/b>, festivities are organized including palio, shows, music and fireworks.
